Cash and checks are accepted, we do not accept credit cards. We charge a $20 fee for returned checks.

If cancellations are unavoidable, please provide at least a 24-hour notice in order that we may attempt to fill the time which has been reserved for you.

Quiet Moments - In order to provide a tranquil environment for all guests, we request that cell phones be turned off while at Sue's and that children remain quietly in the reception area during your visit.

Gift Certificates – Gift Certificates are redeemable for services (excluding gratuities). Certificates are non-refundable.

Throughout your body treatments you are covered as much as possible to respect your privacy. Inappropriate actions or language is cause for termination of a service at full cost of the service to you.
