I will recommend specific techniques depending on your needs, and of course you are welcome to request a particular technique.

Light pressure massage to help circulation, ease mucsle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. It can also help with fibromyalgia.

Theraputic Massage - 1/2 hour $45 1 hr $75 1 1/2 hour $100
Medium to deep pressure, reduces stiffness and soreness, reduces mucsle tension, improves circulation. We can work on an isolated problem area to help that specific area if necessary.

Deep Tissue - 1/2 hour $45 1 hr $75 1 1/2 hour $100
Message using deep massage strokes. Deep tissue massage is directed toward the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. This massage will break up adhesions and fascial restrictions thus decreasing pain and increasing range of motion and ease of movement.

Sacred Stone therapy - 1 hour 15 minutes $85
Become peacefully calm while 40 heated and smoothed ocean stones massage and melt away tension.

Craniosacral Therapy - 1/2 hour $45 1 hr $75 1 1/2 hour $100
Via a gentle, noninvasive manipulative technique, this encourages your own natural mechanisms to improve the functioning of your brain and spinal cord to dissipate the negative effects of stress, promote good health, and enhance resistance to disease.

Reiki - 1/2 hour $35 1hour $60
Reiki is a hands-on form of energy work which connects the universal life force energy, "ki" with the bodies

innate powers of healing. It is a gentle, non-invasive, healing modality. Reiki helps to restore balance within the body on the physical, mental and emotional levels. It can also be a powerful adjunct to conventional therapies creating relaxation, reduced stress, and harmonizing and balancing the client leading to healing.

Prenatal massage - 1/2 hour $45 1 hr $75 1 1/2 hour $100
Refers to specific massage techniques that have been shown to reduce pregnancy discomforts and to enhance the physiological and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus.

Foot Reflexology - 1/2 hour $35 1 hr $60
Massaging, squeezing, or pushing on parts of the feet with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health.

Ear Candling - 1 hr 10 min $60
Ear candling is a medicine practice intended to remove earwax (cerumen) and "toxins" from a person's ear by means of a hollow candle placed in the ear. It involves placing one end of a hollow candle in the ear canal and lighting it.

Ear candling is used primarily for cleaning the ears and to promote a healthy atmosphere in the ears, sinus cavities and throat. There are, however, several other benefits. The process can regulate pressure, assist with post nasal drip, sinusitis, catarrh, migraines, some forms of hearing loss, and restoration of equilibrium.
